Hi, Candida is part of the normal microbiota of our body (including skin, intestines). Therefore, killing candida is equal to kill the normal microbiota and beginning of various problems. It is true that candida has 2 main life cycle (if we can call it like that): yeast (normal) and fungus (causing problems). To my personal advice and experience, it is good to create such environment inside our body not to make possible the passing process of candida from yeast to fungus. This is through lots of preventive measures including taking probiotics and anti-mycotic treatment while taking antibiotics; drinking plenty of water; eating healthy foods (no sugary foods), etc.
