Can Pineapple Increase The Risk Of Getting Candida Tropicalis ?
I don t know about Candida tropicalis living on pineapples and how they attack our bodies when we eat pineapples which have Candida tropicalis! Please help me!

Candida is a yeast and commonly found every where in our environment.
Ingestion of the yeast does not cause any problem becoz 1) The acid in our digestive system neutralizes it. 2) Candida is an opportunistic infection that means it can only infect us if we are immunocompromised - means only when our immune system is damaged only then it can infect us , else we are safe. People with HIV AIDS , on steroid drugs , on anti cancer medications are those with immune supression and so they are at risk for candidal infection.
