Does Calpol Help To Treat High Fever, Throat Pain And Vomiting?

hi, my 6 year old daughter is having high fever (in the range of 100 to 104 in last 2 days), running nose, and complaining stomach ache & throat pain sometimes. She vomitted 3 times yesterday ( almost everytime after she had some liquid or food ) She is kept on calpol 500 ( 1/2 tab for 3 to 4 times a day ) & doctor suggested cyclopam today ( 1/2 tab for 3 times a day). & also suggested me for a blood test for CBC & MP. Can you tell me if medication is correct?

Yes medicines are correct as calpol will take care of fever and cyclopam will take care of stomach ache but for running nose she has to take syrup cetrizine 5 ml twice daily or syrup pheniramine 5 ml thrice daily with syrup vomikind or syrup domstal 5 ml twice daily for vomiting. She also has to take syrup AZithral 200 mg/ 5 ml once daily for 3 days if throat pain is there.
