Does Betnovate Cream Help In Treatment Of Acne And Black Spots On Face?

Hi doc m vijayalakshmi 27 years old married, since 2yrs i got pimple all over my face used all type of creams n home remedies but no use from 2 days m using betnovate c is this cream help meto get rid of the pimples n dark spots plz help me m searching for a job in salon industry bcoz of my pimples m not going out of my house plz plz help me :(

Acne is treatable even in severe forms....but i am sorry to say that Betnovate cream is not the way to go in this case. Betnovate cream contains topical steriods and they are not supposed to be used for the treatment of acne. They have serious side effects if used for long periods of time.
I would suggest that you consult a skin specialist and follow the prescribed course of treatment by them which will help you get rid of your acne and scars.
