Do Vitamin-B Tablets Cause Acid Reflux?

Today I did a 9h shift in work and by the end of the day when I bent over I felt a burp coming but instead I got a mouthful of stomach acid and mucus. When I went to spit I notices the black colour, looking like clotted blood. Also burps keep coming tasting like plasma. Don t have any conditions, except a acidly stomach on certain foods. Drank and ate twice today, drank two vitamin b tablets for energy, could they have a similar effect?

Most common side effect of B complex are gastric upset ,nausea ,flatus and mild diarrhea but don't worry about that it's usually temporary and may disappear as your body adjusts to this product.If these effect persist more or worsen ,contact your doctor.
