General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your X-ray report and I can understand your concerns.
According to your X-ray findings you are most probably having a condition called interstitial lung disease(ILD).Which are a group of diseases which affects the tissues and spaces around air sacs.
I think you might require more investigations to make a correct diagnosis.Which may include CT scan and bronchoscopy.
Many newer treatment modalities are available for ILD and most of the patients show good results with early treatment.Treatment options can be either medical or rarely surgical depending on the severity of the disease.
I suggest you to consult a good pulmonologist as soon as possible.Early diagnosis and treatment surely improve the outcome.
Wishing you all the best.
With regards
