Do The Steroids Present In Inhalers Cause Oral Thrush?

Hello, I contracted oral thrush about four days ago I'm assuming from use of my inhaler which contains steroids that are known to cause this, along with my very poor immune system. I've been doing everything I can think of, coconut oil, anti-bacterial mouthwash, saline rinses, hydrogen peroxide. I brush my teeth three times a day, and have cut out all sugars and yeast containing foods from my diet. I'm taking all of my B12, vitamin C/d capsules. I'm taking shots of apple cider vinegar, eating onions, garlic, and sugarless yogurt. My tongue became a little less white and less pained, same with my gums. The taste in my mouth has gotten worse, however, and every time I do a swish now this yellow goop comes out and I'm salivating way more than usual. The sore on the back of my throat, where my tonsils would be if I had them has grown and is more and more irritable. I cannot go to a doctor or dentist due to insurance problems, so I cannot receive official anti-fungal medicine. Is there anything else I can do? Is it alright to take Benadryl for pain relief and to help me sleep with this?
