Hi.. My brother s son is 2.5 years old but still he is not talking. He does his works by indicating us. Suppose he wants to go to the bathroom then he will indicate us to take him there. He sometime responds to his name. He donot recognise his mother and father as mother and father.

2.5 years old not speaking.. you have to evaluate his hearing abilities and eye vision. along with phonation.. by examining his vocal cords, consult a Ent surgeon for a opnion.
