I have been experiencing shortness of breath and a lot of indigestion, although I haven t eaten anything for several hours. There s also a little pain on the my left side (rib area) when I take a deep breath. I am 65. Should I see my doctor for this?

Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
It does not sound anything serious, it might be due to acidity. But it would be better if you see doctor for examination and then if on examination he feels he may ask for ECG to rule out any cardiac pathology.
Hope this helps.
Take care
