I have a 22 month old daughter who woke up yesterday flaccid unable to stand and screaming. it was like she had no control of any of her extremeties. child throughout the day was whining and very lethargic. does this seem to sound like she had a seizure

by your description I feel instead of depending on internet you shall take the child to a doctor. As we can not answer such things without seeing the patient.
