Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

Increased blood flow to toes causes redness. You have to consult your doctor immediately if the redness is of sudden onset.

If it is gradual and not associated with any severe symptoms, you can visit your doctor, the next day morning.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Siva Subramanian, Dermatologist
