Do Pain Killer Injections Cause Delayed Periods?

hi doctor, i am 32 years and i am expecting pregnancy. but there is a delay in periods. but the pregnancy test shows that its negative took some pain killer injection and one anesthesia for tooth removal. does this have any effect on delay in mensuration.
