Do Pain In Lower Abdomen And Spotting Between Periods Mean Recurred Bacterial Infection?

I ve been having pinching pains in my low low abdominal area around the female reproductive system more often the left hand side and some spotting between periods I went to a specialist and had a pap and was treated for a slight bacterial infection but all was clear I even had a lower abdominal ultrasound and all was fine the bleeding and pinching went away after the antibiotics I was Givin but now it s back what other options could this be or is it possibly just another bacterial infection
