General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for asking Healthcare majic.
My name is Dr Ehsan Ullah &
I have gone through your query.

Nose bleeding is not associated with food poisioning ...

food poisoning affects the patient's gut and it's symptoms are related to Gut which we call gastro-intestinal tract
like
Nausea.
Vomiting.
Abdominal pain and cramps.
Fever.
Watery diarrhea.

the symptoms you suggested belong to two different systems of the body which are
Respiratory (Chest )
&
Nasal

Such patients need clinical evaluation by the physician and work up.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
