Do I Need To Consult Urologist If There Is Blood Trace In Urine?

I had some recent lab work done and have had a trace of blood inmy urine in the past and a +1, I had an entire urology work up two years ago and in it was inconclusive, now my lab work came back is a +2 should I be concerned, should I go back to urologist, or just watch it?

Urinary tract infections/urethritis/Cystitis
Stone and tumor in urinary tract (Bladder cancer)
Drug allergy primaquine and sulfa drugs
Sever dehydration
Tuberculosis of urinary tract

Exact diagnosis made by urologist by doing proper investigations
Blood: CBC, ESR
Urine: routine, microscopy and culture
USG of abdomen/CT scan
Cystoscopy
Blood glucose

Take following advice
Drink plenty of fluids
Tablet septran
urinary alkali agent like potasium citrate

After confirming diagnosis take proper treatments.
