Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hypertension and increased cholesterol level is a chronic and not treatable problems. It will come back as soon as medicines are stopped so medicine for this has to be continued lifelong. At least lescol and micardiplus will go lifelong. Other medicines can be stopped after discussing with local doctor.

Antag is acidity med and solupred is steroid. I don't know why it was started. Anyway you should monitor her blood pressure regularly. She should have low salt, low fat and calories diet, regular walking if possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Makode
