A single episode of slightly elevated SGPT with a history of malaria could be attributed. However, it has nothing to do with IMMUNITY. Its sad and incidental that your brother is unknowingly getting exposed to various sources of different infections. You and patient just need to take care of the healthy eating habits and abstain from food outside/street food and eat only home cooked food and if market food is unavoidable then and branded foods ,if necessary.
