Do Head Injuries Need Looking Into?

i got hit on my infraorbital triangle area on my face(right side) by a person's fist really hard. it got swollen near zygomatic bone, but it was gone in 2 days after applying ice. no bruises or scars. face shape is normal. but the area next to the nose in infraorbital triangle area is really painful inside the face, my teeth on the right side is also painful.. after2 days, the area below the dark circles has become green n now dark. is there anything to worry about? can it heal naturally? or should i consult a physician? n what about the color change?
