Do Haziness In The Vision And A Slight Headache Need Medical Attention?

My son experienced a haziness and wiggling in vision in both eyes, about 30 min ago. It has resolved. Now he has a headache in the front of his head. He just played a tennis match but was not injured or hit in any way. Should I take him to the er?
