Do Fibroids Cause Stomach Pain?
Hi, I m having this little pain in my stomach but I don t know if that pain is from my fibroids or not. But since yesterday and maybe Sunday but yesterday for sure after I go to the bathroom to do #2 and wipe there is blood on the tissue and in the toilet. It looks like my cycle is on. But after I wipe I m good so it s only bleeding when I do #2.

Fibroids can definitely cause abdominal discomfort and bleeding.
I would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist . He/she can examine you , get an ultrasound done and correlate clinically. Do not worry.
