I fell 7 weeks ago and put my arm out to stop fall. Very much pain in shoulder to elbow, limited movement and swelling, can not raise arm up, trouble dressing. No insurance so I have been taking ibrobrofen and naproxen sodium, tried heat , makes it hurt more, cold feels even worse. Been wearing a sling for two weeks to try and let it heal. My husband wants to try some exercise of the arm what do you suggest , some days are just awful.
