Do Ear Plugs Cause Nose Congestion?
Is there any direct interaction between wearing earplugs and blocked nose ?? I ve been using earplugs from 3 years because of my dad s snoring. And I ve observed that my sinus issues are increased since then. I used to put ear plug deep inside ears to stop his snoring sound. Is this a reason everyday I get those freaky blocked nose?

Wearing ear plugs usually does not cause blocked nose or sinus issues. Recurrent episodes on blocked nose can be due underlying problems like allergic rhinitis or deviated nasal septum. Please be advised to follow up with an ENT specialist for necessary evaluation
