Do Bulky Uterus And Hypoechoic Masses At Fundal Anterior And Posterior Segments Serious Medical Concerns?

Bulky uterus is seen measuring about 6.59cm in its AP diameter. Hypoechoic masses noted at fundal anterior and posterior segment of the myometrium with the largest measuring about 4.34cm*3.67cm(fundal),4.55cm*3.96(posterior ), 2.49*1.96(anterior). POD free and both adnexa free.

The ultrasound report shows presence of multiple myomas with largest myoma measuring 4.5 cm in largest dimension. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and thus management.
