im over two weeks late,for the past week iv been spot brown blood that doesnt smell,iv also been feelin sick,could i be pregnant

first of all you must get pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy. as it is the simplest way.pregnancy is not the only reason for delayed periods ,there can be many other causes.Even tension can delay periods .As you have tested twice negative ,so chances of pregnancy is very very low.
