Do Blood Pressure And Cholesterol Medication Cause Diabetes?

i had a stroke at age 37 last year,i am back to work and i take the drugs effexor,aspirin, and cholesterol and blood pressure medication,the blood pressure and cholesterol were discoverd after the stroke and now after my last blood work ,i am borderline diabetic ,not over weight ,so could some of my medications contribute to being borderline diabetic?
