Do Bleeding Under The Skin Around The Inner Eyes And Headache After A Fall Need Immediate Medical Attention?

Tripped on boardwalk and fell face forward. Sunglasses on. Banged eyebrow area. Happened four days ago. Bleeding under skin around inner eye. Not a lot of swelling but bone is quite sore and have headache. Never lost consciousness or got dizzy but headache seems worse and interrupting my sleep.

Hi,

Bruising around the eye following head injury may be due to the frontal part of cranial fossa injuries or subareolar tissue bleeding.

Also, check for CSF leak from the nose or not. It is better to get a CT scan brain.

Please consult your neurosurgeon opening once even though it is not harming you to rule out pathology.

Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
