All the things have some or the other side effects. Splenda needs more research. I dont know about what the other side effects are. There are other artificial sweeteners available. Why not use them?

I have temporary blindness, more so in the mornings or when I get up quickly. It lasts maybe about 30 seconds then eventually I can see a small hole and it will get larger until I have my vision back. There are other times that I don t lose sight BUT I feel like it is going to happen. I see a lot of black spots but doesn t completely blind me.

Hello, My name is Linda. I am 63 y.o. living in Johnson City, TN. Twenty two years ago I lost my right eye to CRVO. I had sudden onset of same symptoms occur on 1/16/17 in my left eye. I was seen immediately and my Opthamologist administered Eylea injections. 1st one 1/17/17 2nd one 2/16/17. After a few weeks I noticed improvement, with a reduction in distortion. I have changed my eating habits including cutting out coffee, almost no breads or pastas, increased green leafy vegetables. I take medication for HBP and Chloresteral. I am currently on medical loa from a stressful job. I am very concerned and want to do make sure I am doing everything possible to protect my eyesight. I am curious about oxygen therapy and other therapy such as low level current or light impulses that may contribute. I lost my right eyesight around month 3 or 4 and want to make sure I am doing everything possible. I do not like a wait and see approach. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, for a long time now have said to people that juice makes me ill. I don't drink fizzy drinks much but when I do drink them I just feel terrible. It starts off with slight pain in the stomach area them overactive bowel movements, itching all over and even more everytime I pass urine. And also just the colour of my complection changes to very pale. I am also prone to ear infections, coughing fits. I used to think it was a caffine intolrance but I am now thinking it has something to do with sweeteners?

I started a diet two weeks ago and started using splenda to make my food more paltable; maybe ten packets a day. I started having ringing in my ears that has increased in both vloume and frequency to the point where I have not been able to sleep at night for the last four nights. I stopped the splenda yesterday, after finally googling for contraindications. Is there any chance that ceasing the spenda (as well as other triggers such as grapefruit, salt, and sugar) that the tinnitus might ease?
