Do Anxiety And Stress Cause Left-sided Tight Feeling And Pain In Chest?

Hi, I m a 31 year old female and recently I ve been under a lot of stress because of personal events going on in my life. I ve been an anxiety sufferer for years but for the most part have managed it without medication and through exercise and proper diet. The last few weeks, I will get a tight feeling in the left side of my chest just above my left breast. It s not really painful but almost like I pulled a muscle. If I push on the area it feels like it could be the muscle. I usually only notice it when I m very stressed out but I didn t really feel stressed at this moment, I did just finish working out though. Just wondering if this is something I should be really concerned about and make an appointment for or if this could be another underlying symptom of anxiety from all the stress (currently going through a divorce, selling my house and trying to juggle a full time job and being a single Mom) Thank you for your assistance.
