Do Plavix And Aciphex Interact With Each Other And Cause Itching?
began itching inseveral areas including each side of my mouth for a while. that has disappeared. there is not skin rash just itching. I am on Plavix now and have been since September. I had several stents right after a mild heart attack. I have a cardiloigist and am under careful care. my primary doctor is seeing my Thursday for a general followup to my hospitalization in September and mostly for this new annoying itch that I have had less than a week. I take aciphex too. can that be causing itching/interacting with Plavix...etc. etc. etc. etc. Arthur

I really appreciate your concern, if the itching is your main concern then it could be some allergic condition could be hypersensitivity and is nothing to take anything with other medical history in my opinion it can be treated with "Tab Hydroxyzine" three times in day (Dose needs to be adjusted according to age and weight ) hope this information helps.
