hi we have been planning to have baby for the past 10 years, my age 36 and my wife age 32 my wife amh level 1.07 Fsh,LH, Normal T3,T4,Tsh NOrmal semen analysis report are normal we counslted a gynocologist he advised me to take my wife Ovafem 75 twic a day how does these tablets help in conceving
