Do Ovaa Shield Tablets And Gynovit Help A Woman In Getting Pregnant?

Hello Dear Doc, my age is 29 , my weight is 55 & my height is 4.10 , i got married in 2014, last year i got pregnant in month of april i come to know that in tiffa scan that my baby s brain was not develop properly so i have to terminate the baby and my doc told me not to conceive at least for 6 months , now already six months as been completed, so last month i visited to doc she ask to come after my period start 3day, so she gave the tab of ovaa-shield tabs, gynovit syrup & folic acid tabs. im using this tabs from jan starting & my period will start on 28th, im just worried will my period start or those tabs are useful which i mentioned (Above), please suggest me.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think these tablets will increase chances of your pregnancy. But the chance to get pregnant in one cycle of these medicines is 7% to 10% only. So, don't take too much stress. I think you can try naturally also because you had a spontaneous conception earlier. Just continue taking folic acid. It will decrease the chance of brain defects in your baby.
