Do I Need To Be Concerned About Stomach Cramping And Diarrhea Followed By Rectal Bleeding?

Last night I had stomach cramping followed by diareha until it turned to liquid. The cramping is less but still cramps up maybe 1x an hour. After the diarrhea ended when I had gas on the toilet there was a little blood when I wiped my butt. Not from my urine. I have no fever. Do I need to be concerned

Hello

The given symptoms of diarrhea may be self limiting, it may be due to dyspepsia. It is nothing to worry, if it comes around within a couple of days. Symptom should not be long lasting and if this is so then it can be A matter of concern because it could be some kind of infection.
Protozoa is common but this is seldom happening.

Hope I have answered your query,
Let me know for further assistance.
