Do I Need A CAT Scan For A Hematoma On My Forehead?
Hello, I fell two weeks ago and hit my head on the pavement. I instantly developed a huge lump on my forehead. Went to the ER and they did a CAT scan and said that other than the hematoma on my forehead, everything was normal. After much icing, the lump did go away. However, in the last few days, I have been feeling a lump in that area which seems to be getting a little larger each day. This has me quite worried. Do I need another CAT scan?

I don't think you need another CT scan since you have no neurological symptoms.
However, getting evaluated by your Doctor is necessary to assess a possible blood collection under the skin of your forehead.
