Do Diovan And Benicar Taken Together Cause Elevated Blood Pressure?
I started taking diovan replacing benicar because of cost 9 days ago I m having high blood pressure readings anywhere from 134/93 to high of 160/100. I also take naproxen 500 mg I read this could be the cause This high blood pressure started after taking the two drugs together

Naproxen and other NSAIDS can affect kidney function and would also potentially affect blood pressure readings.
You can try to halt the naproxen and see if there is any change in the readings.If there is no noticeable difference, it may mean that you need an additional blood pressure med to be added.
