Do Atorvastatin And Coversyl Delay Healing Up Of Wounds?

Hello I am a Nurse Specialist and I have a patient who has wound around his stoma that will not heal I was just looking at 2 of his meds to see the side effects one is Atorvastatin and the other is Coversyl . I think he may have Pyoderma Gangranosum and after using silver Argalaes and Biatain Calcium Alginate Ag,and antibiotics the wounds continues to enlarge. Not sure if you can shed any light on these meds and if they infact could continue to make the ulcers around the stoma larger especially the Coversyl . Thank you Joy
