Do Ativan And Fluvoxamine Interfere With Each Other?

I am taking 1000 mg of Gabepentin per day, 300 mg at breakfast, 300 at lunch at 400 at supper. I have been advised since I have had terrible problems with acid in my stomach and reflux ( Gabepentin dosagess have been increased since April) to introduce Omeprazole. Am concerned do these drugs interact negatively each changing the metabalism of the other? Also take 25 mg. of Fluvoxamine per day and 1 -1.5 mg of Ativan per night to help me get back to sleep fromor pain from occipital neuralgia. Please advise these drugs interract.

Hello,

It is safe to take Omeprazole concomitantly with your current therapy, as there are no interactions between them.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
