Dizziness When Lifting Something Heavy, Pounding Headache, Pain In Back Of Eyes, Stiff Neck. Better After Taking Nap. Serious?
About two weeks I helped someone lift an icechest and every time I lift something heavy I get a little dizzy, headache pounding, the back of my eyes hurt and my neck gets stiff.. the first time I had a smell of blood in my nose but that was only on the first time.. the symptoms will last all day unless I take a nap...I'm concern what can it be?
I read your concern and there is nothing to be worried , it is likely to be due to high blood pressure or can be due to stress which increases intracranial tension and as a result it leads to headache and dizziness . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist and get CT imaging study to rule out tumours . Also maintain good diet less in salt and have routine blood pressure checkup to have a healthy life .
Hope this information is useful, please feel free to ask if you have any queries. Regards Dr. J.Kingson John David
