Disc degeneration template erosion posterior disc bulging and spurring central spinal stenosis left foraminal stenosis is present significant motion artifact is present at this level all cervical also old t eight body compression fracture is present. Also l2-3 bilateral facet arthropathy is present in lumbar. L_3_4 broad based disk bulging present . l_4_5 broad based disk bulging present can't take narcotics please help me
