Difficulty In Breathing, Dizziness, Body Gets Heated But No Fever. What Could It Be?

Suddenly this whole week my breathing has been difficult. I usally breathe with my nose but now suddenly it difficult. If I shut my mouth it gets filled with air that wants to come out. It's hard to breathe normally and I get dizzy. My heartbeat is also weird. My body also gets really hot. I'm not sick or anything else. But I feel like im gonna fall anytime.
Sorry for my english. I'm really worried and I don't want to see a doctor right now.

Hi,<May be you have a viral infectionWith your symptoms you have to consult a doctor.May be some nose drops like otrivin can help for nasal block.But better To see a physician.Good luckDr uma
