Dear Dr, I Am 33 Years Old Now And Have

Dear Dr,
I am 33 years old now and have been diagnosed with jaundice and Hep B in 2005. My Hep B results have always been positive with a fluctuating DNA viral load upto 20000 IU. My SGOT/SGPT levels were normal till last week hence I was off treatment for Hep B. Last week the results were SGOT: 50 and SGPT: 83. I have had regular alcohol over the last month which I never used to have. I have stopped alcohol completely now. Can I hope to get my SGOT/SGPT normal within a month or so?

My food habbits are not bad but I suffer from a fatty liver. However fibroscan is normal.
