Dear Doctor. For a few months now, whenever I'm closing my eyes I feel scared of the darkness I see when closing it. I feel like, the darkness during my eyes are closed are not the same way I used to see them before. I don't feel it real. I feel like when I close my eyes, the darkness is unreal and not clear as it used to be. I keep panicking all the time and I can't sleep thinking of it. Please help me out Doc... I'm really worried and scared.
