Dear Doctor, 12 Years Old Had Slightly Laterally Displaced Salter-Harris

Dear Doctor,
12 years old had slightly laterally displaced Salter-Harris 2 distal tibial fracture, no epiphyseal involvement. sligtly laterally angulated distal fibular shaft fracture ,without syndesmotic widening. Was operated - closed reduction and internal fixation with two titanium screws (4mm diameters, 4.5 cm long).
The questions is; should the two titanium screws be removed and when.
Thank you
