Dark Patches Spreading Around Lips, Looking Burnt

Hello Dr. I have dark patches spreading around my lips . They are underneath my skin and have smooth, round edges. My lips look burnt. I have not been in the sun very much. However, they started coming after I went on a trip, where it was very sunny. I has been more than a mouth and the patches have not gone away. I am a 16 year female

Hi dark patches around the lips can be due to lip lacking .first rule out it.then rule out addisons disease.or b12vitamin deficiency.it is to be treated as perioral dermatitis.it should be treated with doxycyline 100mg daily once.femcinol a cream in the morning and melaglow cream in the night.take iron and b12supplementations
