Ct Scan Result Obtained. What Does Findings Mean?

I just received CT results that showed multiple small cysts, most notably in the lower lobe of the liver, one on (or in) my spleen and a R adnexal mass and pleural wall thickening on the lower left lobe. I had a L adnexal mass removal surgery in June as a result of a laprascopic myomectomy- that was in Dec. I have had left side pain ever since the 1st procedure. What does all this mean?

What were the findings (pathology report) of adnexal mass after the operation?The above CT finding might correlate with spread of cells from the original mass depending on the nature of the mass that was removed.I suggest you to go for the follow up of your gynecologist with these CT findings.Hope I have answered your question.Take care and get it diagnosed without any further delay.
