Hi im 38 weeks pregnant and ive got a horrible cough...when i do cough i get a sharp stabbing pain right down in my lower abdomen its really painful...also the ladt couple of days when baby moves it feels as if shes got a sharp knife and trying to work her way out..also get a weird feeling in vagina like my waters are going to break any second and shell be here....please help

Hi. This may be because of streching of uterus due to raised intra-abdominal pressure via coughing. Also rule out UTI. It is time for you to get admitted now as you are at term pregnancy now and you may take regular nebulisation round the clock for your cough in hospital. Thanks.
