Hello,

Watery stools for the past 2 weeks, leakage of passing wind indicate that you should go for the following in such a situation:

-Send the sample of stool for three days.
-Get the blood tested for CBC, thyroid and liver functions.
-Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and correlation with the reports.
-A course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole and probiotics should help you the best.
-Use boiled for 20 minutes and cooled water.
-Homemade foods only.-
-Plenty of oral fluids and electrolyte solution to avoid dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
-Avoid the foods that increase your problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
