Could Tremors In Hands Along With Dizziness Be Symptoms Of Parkinson's Disease?

will my husband get or he could have Parkinson's disease. His father is in the final stages of the disease and his father's brother came down with a blood cancer that is rare and he is fighting to stay alive. My husband has been getting slight tremors in this left hand. He gets dizzy every now and then. He has been having a hard time with his memory and I can't get him to exercise at all since he retired. My husband is 62 and just retired because he got a bad case of shingles that went into his left eye and caused nerve damage and now he can barely see out of it. The nerves are damaged and will not ever heal. He is coping with his eye now with drops for tears and steroids. Now I see the tremor in his left hand, even though he tries to hide it. I see his loss of memory is very fast. He had to retire a year early because of his eye loss due to shingles and now I think he is getting parkinsons like his dad. His dad is in the last stages and is in a nursing home. The tremor, the memory loss, the loss of balance and his loss of interest in getting off the couch and going for a walk. It scares me. Should I tell him I think he may have Parkinsons? or just let it go and wait for another year or so. He is 62. Thanks
