Could The Soreness In My Ribs Indicates An Infection?

I had an infection in my left lung as well as abad cough and was given antibiotics. I finished the antibiotic 2 weeks ago and have now been experiencing sore ribs especially when I take a deep breath. I have been very fatigued as well. Is there a chance I still have the infection?

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi. I can understand your concern.
If the chest pain is disturbing your routine activity then get a chest x ray done to rule out any lung infection or it could be just a muscle pull. Do not lift heavy weights. Also get your sputum tested. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
