Could The Soreness And Redness On The Incision Area After A Laser Treatment On Leg Be Something Serious?

I had laser treatment (ELVT) on the main vein in my right leg 10 days ago, from mid-calf to groin. In the past 2 days the area just above the incision on my calf has gotten sore, is now pink, warm, and has a small lump I can feel. Is this possibly a blood clot? And if the vein above it is destroyed by the laser, is there much danger it could move?
