Could The Pain In Ovary During Pregnancy Is A Matter Of Concern?

I have been taking clomid and I am now 4 weeks pregnant. I have been having pain from constipation/gas from my prenatal vitamin but I have also had left ovarian pain. I just rolled onto my left side and felt a rush of fluid followed by the ovary pain. It is gone now and I can t replicate the sensation. Should I just call my doctor and let him know or is this something to be worried about.

Hello, there is nothing to worry but still get an ultrasound done so as to be sure of the site of pregnancy
In case there is a doubt get bHCG levels tested.
